The City of Emporia, with collaboration with the Berkley Group, has been working on a comprehensive update of the City's Zoning and Subdivision Ordnance. This process started in the spring of 2022 and we are excited to have a completed draft of the new ordinance. The City is on pace to adopt this ordinance in the Spring of 2024.
