The terms of the sale shall be: cash, cashier’s check, money order, or wire transfer to be made payable in full the day of the sale. The successful bidder shall deposit the bid price, a 15% buyer’s premium, plus $200.00 fee for recordation of the deed with Virginia Auction Co., Inc.
