This incentive provides a 100% exemption from real estate taxes for substantially rehabilitated, renovated, or replacement of commercial or industrial properties for 10 years. The exemption shall be equal to the increase in assessed value resulting from the rehabilitation, renovation, or replacement of the structure. The total square footage of the structure may not increase by more than 25%. Application fees will be waived.
