The purpose of the SCCJB is to administer pretrial court services and community-based corrections programs consistent with the Comprehensive Community Corrections Act (CCCA) and Pretrial Services Act (PSA). The SCCJB represents the City of Emporia and counties of Brunswick, Greensville, and Sussex.
