| The City seeks Statements of Qualifications and related documents for contractors of certain classes and trades (Class A, B or General contractor with experience in plumbing, electrical, etc.) for the purpose of establishing a Pre-Qualified Contractor List. Approved contractors will have the opportunity to bid on housing rehabilitation work throughout the course of the project. Contracts will be awarded for each participating residential unit with a 60-day construction period. Contractors must provide proof of training in Lead-Safe Work Practices (LSWP) and EPA Certified Renovation Firm and Certified Renovator.

| General Contractors interested in bidding must complete the Contractors Pre-Qualification Statement and submit proof of insurance, Virginia license, and training documentation. Forms may be obtained from the City's website, by email or in person at the City Municipal Building.
