The Administration Division is commanded by Ryan Aerni, Administrative Services Manager who oversees the Department's E-911 Communications Center, Records Section and is in charge of the Information Technology within the Emporia Police Department.
The Operations Division is commanded by Captain Dustan Jarratt and he is responsible for the operation and administration of the Operations Division. The Operations Division consists of the Patrol Section, Special Operations Section and Criminal Investigations Section.
